New CGI images - texturing & design complete!

pretty darn sweet. here are some images of the completed models and texturing for the Homeland Security Cyber Crime HQ and a hover bus...more after the jump...

So the modelling and textures are now complete for these models. They now will be animated and dropped into the film's rough cut.

The image above is the completed tower rooftop. I just dropped in a random city photograph as the background plate to see how the cg compares with reality. This isn't a still from the film - I will be handing these over to an animation team to do those sequences and that work hasn't begun yet!

Those small white thingies above are gun turrets. The idea is that the NY City airspace is constantly being watched and the building has anti-aircraft guns running up the sides and on the roof of the structure...

this one below I just decided to drop the bus into a still from the film just for fun. in actuality, a different ship, the dropship (see in other posts below) will be dropping off Lee and the troops. I couldn't resist doing some photoshop work. The animators will actually do this work cuz i can't animate 3d models. (ps- i threw in some color correction just for fun, it's not the final look)
